Clare helped out with some interim HR work for NSF Controls over the last few months. She was very very knowledgeable, pragmatic and made an immediate difference. She wasn't afraid of tackling the big issues and understood the outcomes we were looking to achieve. Clare was very caring and generous with her time. Absolutely recommended.

Clare and I worked together at the trust when she was the HR support for our Adult Community Mental Health teams and I was operational lead for our employment and Early Intervention (psychosis) services. Most significantly we worked together on an internal grievance procedure investigating allegations of bullying and harassment. I always found Clare to be incredibly supportive, kind, and compassionate. She was responsive, attentive, and helpful, and always found time for formal and informal meetings; her friendly and approachable manner was a breath of fresh air and a highlight to the working day. Her professionalism and competence were continually evident, and she demonstrated good knowledge of systems and processes as well as communication and coaching skills. Clare was consistent and efficient and would complete on what she committed to; what she says she’ll do, she will deliver. When she moved on from her position with the Trust, she left big shoes to fill and she is missed as a trusted colleague, but I am pleased to remain in touch as she develops her new business, and I cannot recommend her highly enough to all those reading this commendation.

Clare did some work for us for a few months, her brief being to advise the company on what level of cover was required within the H R department and then recommend through a selection process suitable candidates to fill the role. The candidates she put forward were excellent and any one of them could have filled the position, one was chosen and is now working for NSF.
